Mentors who feel confident in their active listening and feedback skills feel more comfortable in their role and have higher success rates in mentoring.

This training allows mentors to appropriate and put into practice different listening and feedback approaches.

  • Know the skills of active listening and feedback in mentoring;
  • Discuss with peers the different challenges encountered in listening and feedback;
  • Learn concrete strategies to better demonstrate listening skills and give feedback;
  • Practice these strategies in small groups.
